The charity SeeAbility are collecting information about available eye care for people with learning disabilities. Can you help?
Much like The Wilberforce Trust, SeeAbility is a specialist registered charity who enrich the lives of people who have sight loss and other disabilities. This includes learning and physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, acquired brain injury and life limiting conditions.
Eye Care Survey
SeeAbility wants to make sure eye care services are the best they can be for both children and adults with learning disabilities. They will be publishing a report based on the surveys later in 2016.
There is an easy read survey for adults (aged over 14 years) with learning disabilities. There is also an alternate survey for parents of children under 14.
The survey closes on the 15th February 2016.
A print version of the survey can also be sent to you via post, please contact Donna O’Brien on: 01372 755 063 or email: D.O’Brien@seeability.org
